Enterprise - Buy & Build

The Enterprise version is for large main contractors working on multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity and is designed for contractors, who employ 50+ staff.

'Out of the Box'

This more compact version is for small to medium sized contractors.

The 'Out of the Box' version includes a comprehensive range of functionality and is designed for contractors employing between 5 to 50 staff. 10 projects can be managed simultaneously with unlimited access to users. The package includes service days for consultancy and implementation and an annual support fee which gives you unlimited access to a dedicated and professional support team.

Implementation

The implementation of Project Plaza Enterprise takes between 2-3 months from start to going live and is considerably shorter for the ’Out of the Box’ version. Our well established approach ensures that a smooth and risk free transition takes place.  A dedicated account manager will be your single point of contact throughout the process and we make sure everyone is fully trained before your new system goes live.

Although Project Plaza is simple to use, we implement a comprehensive training programme. We adopt a 'train-the-trainer' approach, where a designated person/s from your organisation is trained in a 'super user' role - we train this person/s up on-site and they are then able to train others. Users have a comprehensive understanding of the product ensuring immediate return on your investment.

Most end-user queries can be dealt with by the super user and we provide support directly to your IT Dept.

Technical Requirements

Project Plaza is a web-based application written using standard Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, web services, etc.). It runs on Microsoft Windows servers and utilises a SQL Server database.

• 2 Web Servers 1 for the intranet and 1 for the extranet
• Access to Storage Area Network (SAN) to store files
• Access to internal systems such as email and HR
